Meet the Founder
Craig A. Collins is an accomplished technology and cybersecurity leader with more than 30 years of experience driving operational excellence, digital modernization, and secure IT environments across enterprise organizations. His career began in 1994, when he quickly distinguished himself as a rising technologist. In the late 1990s, Craig played a pivotal role in building and deploying Fifth Third Bank’s early email systems and managing technology operations for its mortgage division — foundational work that supported the bank’s growth during a critical era of digital transformation.
Throughout his career, Craig has held senior leadership roles, including Director of MSP Operations at TMH Solutions and Deputy Director of Information Technology for the Franklin County Department of Job and Family Services. In these positions, he led large‑scale infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service delivery initiatives impacting thousands of employees, residents, and community stakeholders.
Craig’s leadership extended statewide through his election — four consecutive terms — as Co‑Chair of the ODJFS County Agency Technical Strategy Committee (OCATS). County representatives across Ohio voted him in, and he received so many votes that the committee eventually stopped counting. In this role, Craig helped guide statewide IT priorities, strengthened collaboration among county agencies, and supported smaller counties by sharing tools, programs, and technical expertise. A servant‑leader at heart, Craig’s work is grounded in a guiding principle that has shaped his life and career: “When you do it unto the least of them, you do it unto Me.” This belief fuels his commitment to expanding opportunity, protecting the vulnerable, and ensuring that technology serves people with dignity and purpose.
